Could there be a partnership between the college and the town hall arts center to use that space occassionally (regularly?)to feature performers that fit a younger demographic. Concerts or comedians might keep main street busy later into the night. Perhaps ACC students can put on performances there too. Sorry if this idea has been promoted in some other thread. I feel like I may have read something similar but I can't find it now.
