Staff and the planning board have been listening, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing the ideas and comments you have provided on this website, at council outreach events, and in public forums. Based on what we've heard, we've compiled the following Principles. When they are finalized, the Principles will identify the themes we will use in the next phase of the planning program, as we establish a community vision and goals.
