I would like to see a major change in the landscaping just west of Broadway, on the left side of Belleview, such as a few trees, nicer city lights and some character landscaping of some kind even in the K-Mart parking lot. The space is huge, and has an incredible 'industrial' feel to it. A more personal touch within the aesthetic realm would be nice, and possible enlarge the consumer base in this area, where the Del Taco, Mieneke and Wendy's already exist.
