What's the story on the old Marathon Oil property? WHEN is it going to be developed?! It's sort of an eye sore and a waste of prime real estate sitting vacant as it has for so long. Can't the city force Marathon to do something useful with that land? A new housing development for people 55 and older that consists mostly of patio homes and townhomes, and maybe a few condos, with a centrally located park connnecting them all with walking trails throughout would be LOVELY! I'll buy one if you build it! Perhaps 10% of those could be reserved for income-qualified seniors also? That would be a start.
